Ozark formed in the early 1990s, with Garland and Gary Sanny, and Tom Hood being among the earliest members. Ozark BB established a fall purebred sale at Goodman, Missouri. Both HOA and Ozark prospered throughout the 1990s, with each group boasting nearly 100 members during the peak of the cycle.
