St Clair was established in 1975 by trading a pickup truck for heifers. Cedar County, Missouri, producer Craig Johnson, started raising in 2004, but his family’s history with the stem much further back. In 1975, Johnson’s dad traded a truck for some heifers and St. Clair was born.
